The Clarity Call is a 20- to 30-minute conversation about the recurring pattern you want to address, what it is affecting, what you have already tried, and whether Upright Leadership Formation is the right level of support. It is not a full coaching session, therapy consultation, or pressure-filled sales call. • What is happening now? • Where does the pattern appear? • What is it costing you or others? • What would observable improvement look like? • Are you willing and ready to practice between sessions?
Cancellation Policy
Hello, Thank you for your interest in meeting with me. To ensure we make the best use of our time together, I kindly ask that all appointments be scheduled in advance. Please arrive on time, and if you need to reschedule, provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
