You may already know what a good leader, husband, father, or Christian should do. The difficulty often appears in the moment: when you feel challenged, overlooked, disappointed, uncertain, or responsible for too much.

An old response takes over, and the consequences show up in trust, communication, decisions, peace, and relationships.

Name the pattern and the situations that trigger it.

Understand how identity, motives, emotions, and habits influence your choices.
Bring your behavior into greater alignment with biblical convictions.
Prepare and practice a specific conversation, boundary, decision, or change in behavior.
Review the effect of your new response and adjust when needed.
Create a practical plan for continuing the work after coaching ends.

Investment

The investment for Upright Leadership Formation is $986, paid in full or through two scheduled payments.

A Clarity Call is required before enrollment so we can determine whether the focus, timing, and level of support are appropriate.

Is Breakthrough a Good Fit?

This work is for functioning adults who are willing to examine their choices, take responsibility, and try new responses in real life. It is coaching and leadership breakthrough.

It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, marriage counseling, crisis support, pastoral counseling, legal or employment advice.

When another form of support is more appropriate, I will say so clearly and encourage the right referral.
