Why I do this Work
My Christian faith shapes how I understand leadership: who we are becoming matters in every responsibility we carry. What we believe becomes visible in how we respond to pressure, use authority, treat people, and keep our commitments.
I have had to examine my own desire for approval, my avoidance of difficult conversations, and the distance between knowing what matters and consistently acting on it. Learning to ground my identity in Christ and live with integrity remains an intentional practice.
I founded Upright Leadership to help Christian men engage in that work honestly, with support and accountability. You can bring questions, uncertainty, and a willingness to grow.
Leadership is not only what we accomplish. It is also who we are becoming and how other people experience us.
