Upright Leadership Formation is a 12-week private Christian leadership coaching experience for leaders ready to address one recurring pattern affecting their decisions, relationships, or leadership.
Across eight private sessions, we focus on the challenge and apply the work to your real decisions, conversations, relationships, and responsibilities.

Eight private 50-minute coaching sessions delivered over a 12-week period.

Sessions occur weekly for the first four, then every two weeks for the last four.
