This call lets you ask questions and share your situation before deciding on a bigger commitment. It is not a coaching session; it is simply the first step to understanding your goals and the support that would work best for you.
This call is for you if you:

What This Call Is Not
The Discovery Call is not a full coaching session, intensive problem-solving session, or consulting engagement. If you need immediate help on a specific leadership issue, the Breakthrough Session may be a better fit.
This call is designed to help you identify the right path, not to solve the full issue during the call.
What Happens Next
At the end of the Discovery Call, one of three things will usually happen:
